  • This is a 45 minute strength and conditioning class for all fitness levels. It’s taught at 5:30 a.m and is meant for the busy mommys, daddies, working professionals and folks who need to get it in and go on with their day! It’s a circuit-style type of workout class with weights and cardio equipment utilized. This is for all fitness levels and will be taught on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Sign up by booking your first class and we can coordinate a payment plan for your remaining classes.
